12 Foot Lead Rope – Rainbow

Our lead ropes are made from a durable double braid polyester marine rope.
The rope is very strong but the weave allows for a soft feel to hold in your hands.
We don’t use a snap so the horse does not experience any discomfort, but this is personal choice and they can be added easily through the well spliced loop.

Our ropes currently come in 4 colour styles:

  • green,& white fleck on black &
  • Purple & white fleck on black.
  • Teal & White fleck on black
  • Rainbow on black

They are well spliced and finished with a leather popper

Telescopic Training Flag

Effective Uses:

We use a training flag,  for stimulus, It enables a cool, calm, supple mind set,

We understand the importance of listening to the horse, they are our best teacher,

A horse will initially have anxiety about using stimulus, but the only way to fix this behaviour is to expose the behaviour either in the rider or the horse, then work together to fix it.

The eyelets on the end are spare and you can be creative in adding other stimulus to the end of the pole also, Bags, bells, chimes, water bottles etc.

Enabling a cool, calm, relaxed and supple mindset for both horse and rider is the most important tool you can have.

Rope Halter

Our halters are made from a super soft and strong double braid polyester marine rope.

  • Easily adjustable through the use of the 2 fiadore knots on the noseband of halters, this will allow for a good and balanced fit across the face
  • 100% Tasmanian made
  • Our halters are simple black in colour to be easily matched to our many leadrope colours.
  • They come in 3 generous sizes, but we can custom make also if smaller or larger sizing needed.
  • We don’t use a snap so the horse does not experience any discomfort, but this is personal choice and they can be added easily through the well spliced loop.
  • Your halter will last a long time if kept clean, we suggest machine washing and getting all dirt out of knots for longevity.

Use of a rope halter:
Equipment doesn’t change a horses behaviour, so training tools should never be used as a form of punishment, a good fitting halter allows movement over the horses face, this will allow them to respond better to the handler.

We want our horses to come forward or stand relaxed with a cool calm mindset without pressure being applied. Clear signals allow correct behaviour.

A horse should never be left unsupervised with a rope halter on.
